Cynthia Guzman was born and raised in Houston and began serving the Houston real estate market in 2021. Cynthia primarily works with first-time homebuyers and is passionate about helping her clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.

Cynthia earned her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Houston in 2016 and her master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in 2021. Since she was young, she’s been inspired by her father’s real estate investments, and she grew up wanting to be an investor.

Because Cynthia didn’t have an easy experience purchasing her first property, she prioritizes delivering exceptional client care. She is eager to make her clients feel comfortable and supported during the buying and selling process.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys being involved with her local homeowners association and loves doing fun activities in the neighborhood.
